Gov. @AndyBeshearKY declared a state of emergency to reduce the gas tax and help Kentuckians struggling with high prices at the pump. The only person standing between you and lower gas prices is @RCforAG. Let’s hope he approves it and doesn’t block it to score political points.

My wife’s a teacher, so I see this up close every day. The early mornings. The late nights. The time, energy, and care that never really shuts off. Spending their own money to make sure kids have what they need. Being asked to do more with less, and still finding a way to show up for every single student who walks through that door. That’s not just a job. That’s commitment to our kids and to our future. We say we value education, but too often we don’t treat our teachers like we do. That’s got to change. Alongside more than 3,000 other organized protests nationwide, our community said loud and clear: we've had enough. Since @AndyBeshearKY became Governor, Kentucky has seen record-breaking investment, good-paying jobs, and expanded access to health care. He does it all while treating people with respect and staying true to his values. We are proud to call him our Governor.

Six Americans are dead. One was from Kentucky. After promises of “no new wars,” American families are once again mourning loved ones lost to escalating conflict. Our thoughts are with the families grieving.
