A union can help address common artists' health risks, such as burn-out, back problems, and carpal tunnel. We can negotiate contracts that consider a worker's health and financial stability. Some possibilities include 401k, improved PTO, and severance policy. #UnionStrong

FCPG is the first animators union outside of the west coast. GA has a low percentage of unionized workplace at only 4.1%. Letâs make history and bring collective bargaining from sea to shining sea!

We are still waiting for voluntary recognition from management, but they have claimed that they will only recognize us if we file with the NLRB. Their existing hesitation is setting up a tenuous relationship. We would like to bargain in good-faith! The ball is in their court.

Jessica Walter's passing is devastating news. She was the voice of Malory on Archer and was an anchor for our show across 11 seasons. She was a giant and we will miss her dearly.
