FES welcomes Joe Rice to our 4th grade team! Mr Rice has taught k, 1st, 4th & 5th, worked for JCPS since 2012. Married with 3 kids, he loves spending time with his family, watching movies & chocolate! He also served on the JCTA board. Welcome Mr. Rice!
