This is so painful especially after 30 years of advocating for drug law reform and harm reduction. What a pity heroin on prescription wasn’t agreed to back in 1997. It would have reduced the reliance on the black market that kills.

Very low return on investment from 64% allocated to law enforcement. Much higher ROI from treatment & pittance invested in harm reduction @harmreductionau
