Soā¦. Itās very clear that this wouldnāt be popular with the fans.
Butā¦. Do we as fans have to take the positives and give him a chance.
I (Andy) think we might have to play our part. Iāve said before that whilst the Enzo ball was effective, it didnāt half bore me as a fan and the balance between winning and the game as an entertainment sport really tested what I felt.
The club want to play that style of football, the āPepā way shall we say. How effective it will be in League One, Iām not sure but there clearly head strong in playing it and I suppose if it means we get back to winning and go back up at the 1st attempt, I donāt have a choice but I would rather see some positivity floating around the club.
What do other fans think, do we need to put the negativity towards him to one side and give him a chance?
Iām not sure itāll get much worse, league wise so is it best we back it from the off and hope he makes us eat humble pie?
#lcfc are in advanced talks with Russell Martin for the head coach role. Nothing agreed/signed yet but Martin emerging as the top target for the big rebuild in League One
