It’s very sad. @katie_xtz and I both have been banned on the same day for the same reason. We both believe our accounts were linked up because both of our accounts have been compromised in the past. 211 days have passed since both of our bans. That’s 5,074 hours in total as this is being written. (since my ban at least.) and it’s utterly ridiculous for a false ban. A Roblox staff member stated on the dev forum that enforcement ban appeals are checked for “if the accounts are indeed linked”. Nothing more. They do not check differences between the accounts like login locations and times, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and if needed, even payment info. This statement has lead me to believe that this is the reasoning EVERYONE get’s denied no matter if they’re innocent or not. And this very same staff member claimed that they’re willing to take feedback on how they could make the enforcement ban experience better for us, but all they have done was change the ban reasoning twice since both @katie_xtz and I were banned, and fixed our review dates to when we actually got banned. That was all they did. The appeals system still needs to be worked on and the way enforcement ban appeals are reviewed needs to be changed up too. As I have stated many times I will state again in case @Roblox see’s this. My account ‘@arthur303308’ was banned on October 8th, 2025 at 8:36 PM because my account was linked up to another account that was already banned from the platform. The problem is that this account that was linked up to me does not belong to me at all. In fact, when I did some digging after my enforcement ban, I eventually found out a couple weeks later that the account that was linked up to me belonged to an individual that gained unauthorized access to my account approximately 6 YEARS AGO before the enforcement ban action occurred. This lead me to believe my account was enforcement banned because of a account compromise that occurred 6 years ago, how I believe this linkage happened was because this individual logged into my account, and Roblox recorded that information to their systems and did some behind the scenes linking. Which little did I know would be the cause of my Roblox account getting banned 6 years later. I was talking to @katie_xtz on Twitter DM’s about both of our enforcement bans, and I asked if her account ever was hacked at all. She replied saying yes. Which now I believe @katie_xtz’s account was also banned because of a similar situation to mine. I’ve sent multiple appeals to the platform trying to explain my innocence, but as usual, no proper review was given. It’s honestly insane for a billion dollar company like Roblox to have such horrible moderation. Like who got the idea that the human moderators should only review if the accounts are “indeed linked up”?!?? Of course they’re going to be linked up! It’s the fact that some of these links are false! To this day both @katie_xtz and I are waiting for our accounts back. We’ve both been fighting for our accounts back for far too long and it’s getting really ridiculous for how much time has passed. (211 days, 5,074 hours as this is being written.) @Roblox please take notice!! 🙏🙏
