Machined an aluminum door opener with the help of a custom built fixture plate - 21 minutes of machining yields 1 finished part, and two half finished parts. Cycle time is predicted to drop to 15 minutes when optimized. Pm if interested. #covidmanufacturing#cnc#stem

IT WORKS! ⚡ I've managed to 3D print using 100% recycled plastic that comes from shredded prints (thanks to my new hand powered shredder).
There are still many things to do and document, but the fact that it actually works makes me SUPER happy!
