FND Dimensions is a registered charity no.1170584. Our aim is to develop a network of support groups for people diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorders
Today marks the 10th year of FND Awareness Day UK. Lots has changed in that time and FND is moving up the agenda, but we still need to keep banging the drum and ensuring equity of support for those diagnosed.
