Yes the devilish process of “tik-tokking” the game into 4 quarters to gain mins of prime time adds under the guise of water breaks for hydration has been a momentum breaker.
Games outcomes would’ve been different if was the normal two halves and not 4 quarters
Brazil v Morocco a much better game before this ludicrous 15-minute "half-time" thing they've brought in to show some adverts, really broke up the momentum
