As we commemorate the 31st anniversary of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, the RPF-Inkotanyi condoles with all Rwandans, especially the survivors community.
May this commemoration be an opportunity for us to further strengthen our unity as Rwandans and to continue fighting resolutely against the genocide ideology. Remember, unite, renew.
