Embarrassing or not? We drove into the car park of a large shopping mall today and my wife wasn't sure where to park, so she asked an attendant. He called on his radio " any parking places for the elderly left?" My wife told me to limp when we got out of the car. 😄

Tomorrow is Visakha Bucha Day and alcohol sales stop at midnight tonight. I see that many pubs are advertising that they are showing the match from 11 pm onwards. Do extra honestly believe that alcohol won't be served?

I have just tried a Magnum cone. It's better than Wall's Cornetto, but at 50 baht, I won't be buying more. Luckily, my wife just bought 4 at 50% discount, so that makes it cheaper than Cornetto.

I miss the little scrollbar or progress indicator on the right side of my screen in X. It was a handy indicator of how much I had missed. I wonder why it was removed.

Went out for lunch and had to cross Thonglor at soi 23. They have resurfaced 1/2 the road, so no markings at the crossing. I feared the worse, but all cars stopped, but when we got to the second half with markings not one car stopped. Waited for break in the traffic

"What a load of malarkey!" I have finally decided to try passkeys instead of passwords. The idea seemed good at first, but now I discover that the devices link with Bluetooth. At least 2 of the PCs i use don't have Bluetooth, so Google recommended getting a USB key. 😭

Last night I watched one of my favourite teams, Liverpool draw with Chelsea. I have just finished watching Liverpool lose to my favourite team, Brighton, in the FA cup semi final. I don't usually watch women's football, but this was a really good match.

I learnt a new acronym today: DINK. One of my wife's nieces announced that she was officially DINK & within minutes another niece and a nephew announced the same. I often wondered how they would continue their lifestyle of traveling, eating at expensive restaurants, new cars etc.

This case is still ongoing as he has neither received his passport or any proof that the visa has been extended. He's at his wits end and is now considering police action or contacting immigration to explain everything, knowing that he almost certainly will be deported.
Never use an agent to do your visa extension. My friend has used an agent several times to extend his retirement visa without problems. In December he used the same agent again, but still hasn't received his PP back. He is close to 90 days overstay if they haven't already...
