Yesterday, the Center participated in the Code of Conduct Bureau’s presentation on the 'Code of Ethics in the Public Service,' held in collaboration with the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR).
The Executive Director, Dr. Umar Yakubu, contributed to the discussion by addressing the critical role of personal integrity in public service delivery. We are committed to supporting these frameworks as they strengthen Nigeria’s public institutions.
How do we measure integrity and accountability in governance? With Transparency and Integrity Index (TII)
Yesterday, 3rd of June 2026, the Center in partnership with the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) presented the Transparency and Integrity Index (TII) 2026 Methodology
This Index is grounded in Nigeria’s framework and aligns with broader anti-corruption and open government commitments.
We urge public Institutions and the state government to review the methodology here and ensure key governance information is posted on their official websites

The real question is: Where does the money go?
