"A bitterly cold day, the Park was very quiet and we had just 6 litter pickers- plus Jo, Lucy and myself. We recruited one new member. We sold quite a few Wanstead Park dinosaurs (the real ones are always just out of sight) and made £42."

There were a lot of people who had come to see the bluebells and knew very little about the Park and its history so we had some useful conversations."

"We had a lovely walk today with 15 attendees. Richard came armed with lots of laminated illustrations, and we finished off with an enjoyable chat with refreshments at the Tea Hut. We even made a new member and sold a book. "
