My thoughts on the scoreboard
- We absolutely do *not* need the World Cup logo here. It’s redundant - its used everywhere else in other TV-GFXs & on the pitch
- Team name & score in polar opposite colors is a choice 🥴 (it’s okay for the time, since it’s a different “element”)
- Could drop the kit-color circles for a cleaner look (it’s only 2 teams, you learn quickly who’s who)
- The 4-color stroke around the box. Do we need it? The colors have no correlation with the team or match, so feels random and/or distracting
- Don’t mind the bright cyan behind the score, but (this is niche critiqu) i don’t feel that color is “World Cup”-esque enough
Overall problem with every modern scoreboard is that they are too wide. Bring back the short compact formats!

a definitely unnecessary thing with this scoreboard is writing “minimum” ahead of the added time as “min.” - which probably many thinks means “minutes” - just generally confusing and redundant
Nobody will get confused if the time goes over 4 - you don’t have to specify that’s it’s a minimum amount of minutes

This is extremely pedantic, but is it just me who is a bit annoyed about the broadcast transitions being the FIFA logo, instead of the wc logo/trophy?
