@Hertz I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental. If you plan on forcing your customers to take an electric vehicle then you should really take some time to instruct us on how to operate it properly and set the proper expectations on how it would extend a trip.
I expect some sort of compensation for educating myself on the vehicle as well as the additional 4 hours it added to a coordinated trip causing major delays.
