And almost everyone chose consistency Honestly, I get it Not because people are lazy, but because life genuinely be life-ing 😭 One minute you’re motivated, the next minute work is stressing you, you’re tired, your schedule is all over the place, and suddenly fitness is the last thing on your mind

So here’s my advice: • Stop relying on motivation. Motivation comes and goes (everyday isn’t Christmas) Build a routine instead • If you can’t do 1 hour, do 20 minutes! Something will always beat nothing • Make fitness fit into your life… It doesn’t have to be perfect to work

• Focus on winning most days, not every day The people getting results aren’t necessarily doing anything magical from experience, They’re just showing up over and over again, even on the days they don’t feel like it • Consistency isn’t doing everything perfectly…. Consistency is refusing to quit I hope this helps
