With Nike being run by morons and Adidas putting out good, but few signature models, Li-Ning has taken over with their Way of Wade and Gamma shoes. They’ve been consistently making some of the best performing shoes. This is not really a surprise, as they probably offered Steph the most creative direction, autonomy, and best alignment with his vision. His shoes are going to sell like crazy, especially overseas, and he’s going to further connect Li Ning to the US market and NBA fans. Great move for Steph, and a serious message to Nike’s fading status in the shoe game.
