Estate Tax Repeal fb.org/issues/tax-reform/est… Agree 100% that Estate taxes on farmland should be repealed. We shouldn't force farmers sell land to pay estate tax. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep the basis with the heirs and only charge capital gains when and if land is sold?
