On World Cancer Day I am taking the opportunity to promote Breast Cancer Screening. Early detection often means more successful treatment. I would encourage anyone eligible to attend. It can help find cancers that are too small to see or feel.

The latest respiratory report shows influenza activity has increased again across all surveillance indicators, but particularly among children. This increase is earlier than in previous influenza seasons recently.

#MMR Measles is highly infectious and can be passed on even before a rash appears. The Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination is the safest and most effective way to protect against these diseases. You need two doses of MMR to be fully protected.
