Yesterday a group of seven 3rd grs got into an argument and 2 hit each other. They were brought into my office. I listened to every perspective then I set expectations, reminded them they are good people, and tasked them with coming up with a solution. I told them I loved them and/plus I was disappointed. Hugged each one as they left my office. They spent recess with me today. The way these babies articulated how they will be respectful of one another, stand up for others, and reminded ME they were good people!!! Ya’ll 🥹🥹 #RockdaleisgoinUP

The adults in the school should set the example of what it means to adapt, change, grow, and continue learning.
