Deployed htmui on @FastAPIcloud to test the new github integration
This means holm works out of the box here - think Next.js DX for SSR with FastAPI.

The necessary CLI dependencies are a slight annoyance, but otherwise works like a charm
The only missing bit is cache control from a config file, then I can shut down the Vercel deployment

Just got early access to @FastAPIcloud yesterday.
No more @ngrokHQ tunnels, sketchy @heroku deploys, or duct-tape prototypes that die when you show a client.
This feels like Heroku but actually built for @FastAPI and honestly easier than ngrok.
