What's that? FF are still alive and survived a BUSY start to the year? Correct! And now we're sharing what we learnt over on the blog - about a climate action project called The Strategy Room. First up is about the design process. workroom.fastfamiliar.com/th…
Thrilled to be part of this terrifyingly interesting group of people.
(Also the new twitter logo has strong ‘man who wears too much Joop’ vibes. Gross.)

Last week we soft-launched a project we’ve been working on since the start of the year: First Day, a game for young people moving from primary to secondary school, co-created with the mighty Katesgrove Primary School in Reading.

shout-outs go to:
- our great new collaborator, illustrator Marco Drago
- Joe and Mirko who built new capabilities into the platform so we could implement more of our co-creators’ ideas
- @helenskisound who created the perfect voice for a shapeshifting monster
- our cast of young (and slightly older) actors: Baylee, Alice, Yajur, Lyla, Ariella, Mark, Rose, R-Don and Endy
- the teachers (Adam, Martyna and Sherine) at Katesgrove, plus of course all the Year 6 kids
- co-writer, facilitator, actor and general brilliant human Delme Thomas.
One of the unsung heroes of British theatre. Under Annabel, ARC has supported so much work and so many artists in a generous, kind, unshowy way. This is truly the end of an era. BIG shoes to fill.
After 15 years of incredible leadership, transforming ARC into the organisation we are today, our Chief Executive, Annabel Turpin will be moving on to a new challenge later this year.

For everyone making stories about climate and climate action, this is a great list of things to remember 👀

There's also a short video about the project here, (which features Rachel talking waaaay too much.) It's a project we're mega proud of, hopefully the findings will be useful.

Here we go. First stop of London to Copenhagen by train. 2 people travelling with a show in a bag (well, two bags) on a 6 day round trip, to be part of Relocations festival.
The Eurostar always feels fancy, so looking forward to this one! 1/?
Maybe one day we’ll get to be part of it… the whole adventure has made us more determined to hold onto our European identities. Also thrilled that I got to communicate in French today… all that Duo is finally paying off 🤣
In short, we would totally recommend travelling by train because
a. Easier
b. You see more
c. psychologically it made us feel closer to some amazing places and cultures.
(d. Great food and drink)
