2/2 The legal case is that in view of the information and facts available, the decision to order the return of Jason Barnett to the UK using physical force, resulting in serious injury & threat to life was both 'disproportionate’ & ‘unnecessary’ rendering the decision ‘unlawful’.

On 2/04/26 a special operation was carried out using a charter flight on a commercial airliner to ensure I was returned to the UK as the only passenger. This as far as I know is unprecedented. I was questioned and ultimately released back on UK soil, without any guarantees 1/3

Yesterday the Swiss tried to return me to the UK by force. I was taken to a plane, handcuffed, put in a chokehold and carried I was saved by the Captain who refused to take any further part in the operation. publicinquirynow.co.uk/force… Please read the above statement and 1/2
