Never using @RatedPeople again. Had a small roof repair in November and had a roofer from site 'fix it' (Roof Alliance Roofing and building) Noticed a week later they had damaged other parts of the roof and have been chasing for 3 months without success. Then contacted insurance

After further storm damage and Insurance assessor advises the job wasnt carried out properly and therefor wont help. In december I contacted ratedpeople and was advised I'd receive an email (no reponse) starting to feel really let down and desperate and £1000 worse off
