Tony Timpa called 911 for help. He had schizophrenia and depression but hadnβt taken his meds. Dallas cops pinned him prone for 15 minutes until he suffocated.
Footage was hidden for 3 years. Charges dropped. The officers still walk free

Ross Ulbricht's Silk Road made drug related acts safer; the whole process was online instead of face to face, meaning the threat of violence was removed from the equation. I don't agree with recreational drug use, but facilitating a safe environment for buyers is not a bad thing.
