My advice to young Quantity Surveyors:
Strive to understand construction technology and methods. Then train your mind to start simulating labour productivity; the minutes required by 1 manpower to execute a work item - say; per m³, m², m .

The ability of doing this simulation is Divine - Divine Intelligence (DI), which is more than Artificial Intelligence (AI) !!
This is Human Learning, and not machine learning !! 👌
