Pra mim isso aqui é palhaçada, não existe isso de você não dar um retorno pro candidato.
Ainda que seja um retorno automatizado, ainda que você mande um “Olá, [nome_do_candidato] …”.
O mínimo é dar um retorno!
E a lei da semeadura é clara: tudo o que o homem plantar, isso também colherá!
