My ex-employers screwed up my taxes so badly that I'm going to get audited by the IRS, and Illinois is taxing me 114$ on (their) claimed 0$ of my reported 4000$ of income. I didn't know I fit into the tax bracket where I pay infinite % taxes! 🙃

It seems to me like 'anime' and 'animation' are just terms used to otherize foreigners, terms defended by weeaboos and racist institutional structures inside television and media, the same ones which otherize "black" and "latino" media as if their culture was just a genre of TV.

There's nothing special or unique about anime compared to normal animation. Kdramas are just dramas. Eastern fantasy is just a martial arts story meeting fantasy, and we need to stop racializing every last piece of media by holding them up to a pair of weeaboo-designed calipers.

You know, I don't see a lot of media talking about child abolition. Many adults treat children as property, both in the legal sense and in the ethical sense. Children aren't property, though. They aren't goods to be bought and sold nor are you entitled to garnish their wages.

My ideal solution would be to treat children as other, less brutal countries treat those who are mentally impaired. Not America or Canada, god no. These places are awful for the mentally impaired. But that's all children are; developmentally impaired.

If you give them several years, they'll recover from their age-related impairment and start making better and better choices. Around the age of 25, most of their brain finishes developing. Don't give me this pseudo-moral bullshit about children being 'yours'. It's sickening.
