A sea of red at Trades Hall in Melbourne as thousands of teachers prepare to march to Parliament House, as part of their strike. They’re demanding a 35% pay increase over 4 years & say they’re paid much less than teachers interstate. The govt says it’ll continue negotiations.

Enjoyed a bit of NFL fun this morning ahead of the Super Bowl with these fantastic fans (but I’m still grappling with why the game is so stop-start!). Regardless of who wins, the general celebrations started very early… I hope eveyone’s heads aren’t too sore tomorrow! 😀

Wildlife affected in the bushfires. We tried giving this little bloke a bit of water. There aren’t that many eucalyptus leaves left for koalas around these parts.

Ruffy townspeople and those in the Longwood region welcomed us & were really pleased we could help get the message out about just how much support they need to rebuild the community, homes and livelihoods. We were there to listen to their stories.
