Btw, sí se puede proceder legalmente independientemente de la cuantía, siempre y cuando tengan pruebas escritas de la "intención de pago" y reconocimiento de la deuda por parte de él.
Aquí lo importante es contemplar si vale la pena iniciar un litigio y eso dependera de la cuantía adeudada, porque les puede salir más caro el caldo que las albóndigas.
