MORE BIG NEWS: Spain has just reduced speed limits to 30 km/h (18.6 m/h) on all 2-way streets with single lanes in each direction (what we generally call “residential streets”) & single lane 1-way streets throughout the ENTIRE COUNTRY. The goal is more livable, humane cities.
