5 PAX strong at #Legacy on Monday including Squints joining in via Zoom from Virginia to celebrate her 38th birthday! PAX completed circuit work of upper, lower and core and finished out the workout with star jumps to celebrate the birthday girl.

7 PAX at #TOT for a weighted tabata workout. 40 sec on/15 sec rest, 4 cycles alt 2 sets of work. Squats w/front kick, punch/upper cut combo, slow burpee, goal posts, curtsy lunges, diamond push-ups, plank glute kickbacks and bicep curls to shoulder press.
