Never vouch for any motherfucker. It doesn’t matter how loyal and good they’ve been to you. Don’t put your reputation on the line for anybody. Anyone can backstab you. Can think of a few people I put my life at stake for who ended up being spineless snakes. Trust me on this.

Don't seek respect. Earn it. Enforce it. You don't do it by looking to be respected. You do it by upholding your integrity and holding yourself accountable to the highest standards. Getting respect is only a byproduct of all that. Respect yourself. Everything else follows.

Protect your values at all costs. Do not associate with people whose values don't align with yours. You can keep your distance. You can keep mutual respect. But you can't associate with them. Do not betray yourself and what you stand for. Protect your values at all costs.

Much of the project I'm working to release this summer for ADHD (& general mental health & performance) focuses on dysregulated cortisol & circadian rhythm Proper Cortisol/Circadian regulation is king, yet modern society's set up against it in nearly every way A Useful Thread:

Another image circulating now claims to show damage at India's Adampur Airbase due to Pakistan's airstrike, however once reviewed against recent images this too has been doctored & manipulated

India largely won this war. Met our objectives, struck terror based, killed terrorists, and even retaliated by hitting all of their big military bases. Our missiles were so precise that when an airbase had two runways, we hit the intersection point making them both useless. Best part is that our military supplied high quality images as proof. Ready for social media. Some people are even saying we hit their nuke storage. Meanwhile our enemy also showed our Muslims that they are not special to them by constantly killing our civilians in 90.5% Muslim majority border city of Poonch. The cost of all this seems to have been just one Rafale which is just equipment we can purchase since we're not a broke country. We did so well that people are mad why we didn't turn a special operation into a full scale war. Our population has also learned which countries are our enemies: - Turkey for giving them drones and weapons to attack us - Azerbaijan India can now over time take action against our enemies, economic or otherwise. This war has also helped us identify anti-national elements in our own country, like a news company called The Wire. These people will also be dealt with. We are going to win. This is India's rise to the top. We are coming. The sun shines bright in the lands of our enemies at 2 AM.
