The biggest privacy leak in file sharing isn’t the file. It’s the permissions. Every “private” storage system today eventually reveals who can access what, to servers, contracts, or trusted backends. FileZ fixes that.

Confidentiality shouldn’t be hard and messy, @zama ensures that Put on notis for wednesday, The Zama app comes alive 💛

The thesis is simple: confidentiality shouldn't cost you UX. Shield the assets you already use, on the chains you're already on. No new wallets. No bridging. Balances and transfers, encrypted onchain. The Zama app goes live on Wednesday, 12PM CET.

Filez V2 is live guyzz 🎉
FileZ v2 is live. 🎉 Sharing encrypted files is easy. Controlling them after you share?
That’s where most systems fail. I fixed that. Here’s what’s new 🧵

V2 is coming!! 🤩 Filez is cooking with @zama
FileZ v2 is almost live. I didn’t just redesign the UI.
I strengthened the core. You can now: — Set expiration dates on shares
— Revoke access anytime
— See exactly who accessed your file, and when
— Preview files cleanly, without breaking privacy Same foundation. More control. Files stay encrypted.
Permissions stay encrypted.
Access is enforced on-chain using FHE, powered by @zama No backdoors. No “admin access.” No trusted server holding keys. This update isn’t about adding noise.
It’s about making private file sharing actually usable, for teams, for contracts, for real workflows. I am building this the long way. More features are coming.
And I am just getting started. Pushing to live soon, anticipate!!

Gm CT! Filez got a redesign
gm frens! FileZ just got a fresh redesign. Cleaner. Faster. Smoother. I’ve rebuilt the interface to make private file sharing feel effortless, no friction, no clutter, just secure access the way it should be. Under the hood, it’s still the same core mission:
 Encrypted files.
Encrypted permissions.
On-chain enforcement. And we’re just getting started, new features are already in the works. Privacy should feel simple. Do check it out: filez-cyan.vercel.app/ Welcome to the new FileZ.

Most people encrypt files. Very few encrypt who’s allowed to open them. That’s the difference. FileZ keeps access control encrypted and enforced on-chain, so privacy doesn’t depend on trusting an app, a server, or a company. Once you see this, it’s hard to unsee it.

FileZ lets you share files where: Files stay encrypted end-to-end Permissions are enforced on-chain Access rules remain encrypted, even from the smart contract No server, admin, or chain ever sees your keys Not “trust us.” Not “encrypted, but…” Actually private. By design.

Built with Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) so access control works without decryption. This isn’t storage. It’s private coordination for files. Docs. Media. Team assets. Sensitive data. See it in action → [filez-cyan.vercel.app/] Welcome to FileZ. File sharing done right

“Zama can never die.” I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been in this space quite enough to watch projects explode at TGE… then fade into silence. Not because the teams were bad or the tech was fake, but because the product had no life outside crypto. Most Web3 projects only live inside Web3. They survive on hype cycles and narratives. Once the noise is gone, so is the usage. That’s the difference.
And that’s why Zama is different. Reading “The Infinite Machine” reminded me how Vitalik didn’t build Ethereum to be “the next hot token,” but a machine others could build on. Not a product, a foundation. That’s why Ethereum outlived every hype cycle. That’s the same pattern I see with @randhindi Zama. Zama isn’t just another Web3 protocol or “privacy for crypto.” It’s building real infrastructure, something that works in Web3 and Web2 Most projects talk about mass adoption. Zama is quietly building what actually makes it possible. I’ve seen this firsthand. With Filez @FilezProtocol , I’m not solving a crypto problem alone. I’m solving a real-world problem: secure, private file sharing. That use case doesn’t care about narratives, it just needs to work and protect users. That’s the point.
Zama makes privacy practical, not theoretical. What makes me even more confident isn’t just the tech, it’s the builders. I’ve watched developers like @realchriswilder @tomi204 @6ydev ship real products on Zama. Not demos. Not hackathon toys. Real tools that turned into startups. That’s when a protocol stops being a project
and becomes an ecosystem. Most chains fight for attention.
Zama builds for longevity. Most tokens live on narrative.
Zama lives on utility. Most launches peak at TGE.
Zama’s real growth starts after it. So when people ask why I’m confident in Zama, why I say it won’t fade like so many others, it’s simple: - You can’t kill infrastructure.
- You can’t kill a foundation.
- You can’t kill something people are already building their future on. Ethereum proved that.
Zama is walking the same path — in privacy. And this time, the world actually needs it. LONG ZAMA. 💛

1 month ago, I shipped FileZ as a hackathon project. The idea was simple what if file sharing could be fully encrypted on-chain, not just the files, but the permissions, the keys, the relationships? What if even the smart contract couldn't see who shared what with whom? FHE made it possible. Then @randhindi quoted my post: "This can definitely be a startup." That changed everything. Today, I'm officially starting that journey. Building private, trustless file infrastructure, powered by @zama
This is day one, but there’s still a lot to build. Follow @FilezProtocol for the journey. gZama 🫡

Very nice! Heard several companies ask for something like this, basically using blockchains for access control to files that cant be stored onchain. This can definitely be a startup
What if I told you the biggest privacy leak in decentralized storage, isn’t the file? It’s the permissions. Every decentralized storage tool today (IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave) has the same weakness: The file is private.
The permissions are not. If someone sees your ACL, they can map: - who you shared with - what wallets interact - what files are linked - your whole network graph That’s the real privacy leak. So I built something that removes this problem completely, using the @zama Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) Full video demo here 👉 youtube.com/watch?v=qcCBQ687…

Introducing FileZ: Fully Encrypted File Sharing on the ZAMA Protocol FileZ uses Zama FHE technology so that files, metadata, AND all access rules stay encrypted at all times, even on-chain. - No backend.
- No plaintext permissions.
- No visible relationships.
- Zero trust. Only the intended wallet can ever decrypt the file.
Not even the blockchain knows who has access.
