i fear it hasnt been picked up by general audiences despite the viral tweets bc casual viewers don’t get hooked by the 1st ep. it introduces dynamics internal conflicts but the love interest (which twitter audience frankly care about) doesn’t get introduced until the end.

nothing that i particularly dislike there’s just better episodes. i think for casual watcher it might not be that entertaining as a introduction?
best part about it is the anticipation for cro!even and his introduction which was amazing

unfortunately ppl have short attention spans so if they watch for a certain thing (i.e, kolacic) they want to get that instant dopamine hit of actually seeing it. i personally appreciate the pace of the szn AND i think ep 1 is necessary to establish the szns foundations but..
