I remember this inning like it was yesterday. Watching the game at the old Elmsford Bowl while moonlight bowling.

Victor Wembanyama is a very talented player, however, his chippy play crosses the line. It was apparent in the playoffs, especially against the Knicks. The referees & the NBA refused to keep him in check, yet he received all foul calls in his favor. Adam Silver, show some guts.

Thank you Connor for pointing these out. Unfortunately, the NBA, Adam Silver and the referees just turned a blind eye to it and probably will continue to do the same next year.
Victor Wembanyama This Postseason: -Elbowed Naz Reid to oblivion -Told his team to hard foul Jared McCain in garbage time -Threw Brunson’s head to the floor -Refused to talk to media in the WCF -Walked off the court last night & didn’t shake hands How do people like this guy?

Thank you Coach for your take on this.

I guess Becky Hammon owes Jalen Brunson an apology for what she said about Brunson being too small.

I’m here to eat my words. Last night I posted game over/series over, San Antonio would win. Yes, I was the Randy Quaid character in Major League 2. As a result, I missed a historic event. Thanks OG. I also turned off Game 4-‘96 World Series with the Yanks trailing, 6-0.

From 13 straight playoff wins to 4 straight losses in the NBA Finals. The Knicks are cooked.

Bad job by the Knicks in the second half. They allowed San Antonio to get back into the series and have momentum going into game 4.

Jim Burt was a monster.
1988: HBD Jim Burt turns 67. Burt joined #NYGiants as an UDFA out of Miami in 1981 & forced his way into the starting lineup as a NT. He played 8 years for NYG, earning his only Pro Bowl trip in 1986 & scored his only career TD on @PepJ52 sack vs Redskins

Gary Carter could not have scripted it any better, including doubling over the head of his former Montreal teammate’s head (The Hawk).
Gary Carter’s last career at-bat came as a Montreal Expo—and it was unforgettable

Last year, the Knicks would have lost Game 2 (squandering a 14-point lead in the final six minutes). This year, the Knicks find a way to finish the game.

So much for the Knicks getting a whistle against the Spurs tonight.

2007: Happy 43rd Birthday to #NYGiants @Jay_Alford13. Among all the hits Brady took in Super Bowl XLII from @JustinTuck @michaelstrahan & @OsiUmenyiora, it was the rookie Alford's big sack on the final drive that helped NYG clinch 17-14 win & fire up @ShaunOHara60
