I didn’t realise Haskling started using code from Fira Code.
Hasklig was the world-first font with programming ligatures. It also inspired Fira Code.
Now history has made a full circle :)

An alternative view on ligatures.
I agree with arguments, but not the conlusion :)
While we are waiting for a first truly unicode-native progammning language, I like my old C/Java/JS code better with nice typography than without it
