And in his plea agreement, he stipulated that the state had enough evidence to convict him of child endangerment. They didn't drop the charges on merit. The agreement also dropped all drug charges against Kayla and April. State still had evidence they were all guilty.

True or false: a conviction for her exposure would’ve required proof beyond a reasonable doubt of when and how it happened and which adult was responsible at the time? Correct? IMO, they couldn’t meet that standard… which is the real reason they didn’t pursue charges.

No judge didn't. The state sought drug tests to provide medical care to kids b/c drug using parents did drugs while kids lived in house. State already had rock solid case of endangerment w/o test. Still does. Nick acknowledged evidence of endangerment exists in plea agreement.

He's lying again. In his guilty plea, he explicitly acknowledges the state has evidence to prove everything he's charged with. He is in fact still charged with child endangerment. The charges will be dismissed just like charges against Kayla: per agreement, not lack of evidence.

Nick's a moron and argues that because the prosecutor wasn't going to call his kids as witnesses, there wasn't victims and there wasn't endangerment. It's akin to saying driving drunk with a 6 month old isn't endangerment because they won't testify. It's self-serving nonsense.
