Eating large amounts of sugary foods and candies can overwork the pancreas, which must pump out extra insulin to handle the sugar. Over many years, this constant strain can wear out the insulin-producing cells, directly increasing your risk of Type 2 diabetes.

Whoever designed wet wipe packs for babies where you pull one out and four come with it should have been put in charge of ATMs.

Today is an important day. There's a lot of excitement around SpaceX for good reasons. But I will approach today with a balanced perspective. I personally believe it is one of the most ambitious and transformative projects of our time. And given that the company has consistently achieved what many thiugh was impossible, I have no doubt that over the long term, it could deliver extraordinary results. I do not doubt the company, its vision, or leadership. But at the same time, the current valuation leaves me with some questions. While I am optimistic about the future of SpaceX, I also recognise that great businesses are not always great investments at every price. For that reason, I am choosing to maintain a modest exposure rather than going all in or taking a larger portion. This allows me to participate in the journey while remaining disciplined and aligned with my investment approach. I will be following the developments closely, cheering for the innovation, but remaining balanced and open-minded. What are your thoughts? Are you investing, waiting, or just observing?

Iron With Vitamin C. Iron is notoriously difficult for the gut to absorb. Vitamin C alters the molecular structure of non-heme iron into a more soluble form, heavily boosting absorption rates.

Zinc Keep 2 hours apart from iron and calcium. Iron or calcium and zinc utilize the exact same cellular transport mechanisms in your digestive tract. Taking them together forces them to compete against each other, drastically lowering the absorption of both minerals.

Calcium. Morning & night. The body can only absorb about 500 mg of calcium at one single time. If you require a high daily dose, dividing it into morning and evening portions optimizes your total uptake.

Magnesium. 1 hour before bed. Certain forms (like magnesium glycinate) effectively promote muscle relaxation and calm the nervous system by activating GABA pathways. Taking it an hour before sleep prepares your body to rest.

Collagen. Your goal dictates the timing. If you take it for gut health, it is best on an empty stomach. If you take it for joint and skin repair, many experts recommend taking it alongside Vitamin C, or after an evening workout.
