Woman attends a medical practice for the termination of a pregnancy. The practice is owned by Dr A. She is attended to by Dr B, a locum doctor. Dr B examined her and she advised him that she was 16 weeks, 5 days pregnant. Dr B thereafter gave her a note to take to the dispensary.
