William Brent Bell's THE BOY (2016) is a class act that I love to revisit from time to time - a polished production with a great cast and a creative spin on the "killer doll" subgenre.
The story feels unfinished, and I hope Bell gets the opportunity to complete the trilogy.

I think GHOSTBUSTERS (1984) is the perfect "gateway" horror movie.
Being confronted with this image on the big screen as a 10-year-old was the exact moment I wanted to know more about horror movies - and it hasn't stopped!

I still find it incredible that GHOSTBUSTERS and GREMLINS were released on the same day.
June the 8th 1984 was like the greatest title fight of all time - and to be ringside as a 10 year old kid was a privilege I'll always remember.
Never have I been so grateful to be old.👴

It's ironic that HOUSE OF WAX (2005) is essentially a remake of TOURIST TRAP (1979).
It's also a very cool film.

What a gift David Schmoeller’s TOURIST TRAP (1979) is.
Delivers all the cliches we love, but in its own unique and offbeat fashion - I find something else I love about this gem each time I watch it.
