Day 38 : Today I have done first cardio for 25 min then 5 exercise for Legs, 3 exercise for Core and 3 exercise for Triceps. Drink 4 litre of water and complete 12,000 Steps π―β .
Day 37 : Today I have done first cardio for 25 min then 5 exercise for Back and 4 exercise for Biceps πͺ. Drink 4 litre of water and complete 12,000 Steps π―β .
Day 36 : Today I have done first cardio for 25 min then 5 exercise for Chest and 4 exercise for Shoulder. Drink 4 litre of water and complete 11,000 Steps π―β
Day 35 : Today I have done first cardio for 25 min then 5 exercise for Legs, 3 exercise for Abs and 3 exercise for Triceps. Drink 4 litre of water and complete 14,000 Steps π―β .
