Getting in shape and improving your health does have a cost It will cost you... -time -physical effort -mental focus to develop new habits & behaviors Yet you won't find one person who has done the work, and said it WASN'T worth the effort!

There are no cheat codes to being healthy and fit. But walking is the simplest thing you can do to stack the deck in your favor.

It’s not “Mind AND Body” It’s “Mind IN Body” Leveraging your physiology to improve your psychology is one of the simple tools to - improve mood - mental performance - manage stress Oh and you got a nice little side effect of looking better too! :)

One of the easiest ways to get more out of any exercise you do is to slow each rep down. Instead of aiming to do more reps… Try to figure out how to make fewer reps of that same weight feel harder.

I spend a lot of time managing client expectations. No surprise when the fitness industry is full of photo-shop, steroid users, filters, crash diet plans, and utter nonsense. Reaching your goal will take longer than you want. But the results WILL be worth it!

Too many guys focus on what they have to give up to get fit. -time -alcohol -burgers -frys -pizza Btw, none need to go completely. Instead, focus on positive outcomes to inspire action -better sleep -improved hormones/sex life -more muscle -less pain -look/feel better

Being healthy and fit should be the norm. Sadly in todays world and food environment that often means you have to go against the norm.

What’s your Go To Breakfast? Here’s mine. (There was also a protein shake). Doing a “Breakfast test” and testing how you feel & perform starting your day with either a high/low carb, or high/low fat, or balanced meal is a simple self experiment that will pay dividends.

Fast and sustainable fat loss are usually two different things. Only one matters.

If you’re a businessman who is out of shape, you’re missing out some easy leverage. Get your metaphorical “health house” in order and you will buy back time in the form of… - better sleep - more stable energy - better focus - expanded work capacity - more confidence.

The guy who works out 3-4 times per week for a year is far more impressive than the guy starting another “30 day challenge.” The results from long term commitment will agree!

To many guys try to eat as little as possible to lose weight. This is a race to the bottom. Instead try to eat as MUCH as possible while STILL losing weight!

Professional bodybuilders, fitness models, and athletes leverage strategic rest days and structured programs. But you, who is de-conditioned, out of shape, and just beginning think you need to crush yourself training twice a day? Smarter not harder!

Fast Fat Loss and Sustainable Fat Loss don't usually go together. The rate in which you get to your weight loss goal means NOTHING if you don't maintain it.

The only fitness and diet program worth doing is one you can do long term. Consistency beats intensity. Ask yourself, can you see yourself doing this a year from now? If not, course correct.

Instead of failing 75-hard again... Try this un-cool thing called moderation. You'll be shocked which one gives you the GREAT results you're after. PS Yes, I understand it's a mental challenge and those benefits...this is speaking to the men failing to create lasting change.

Focus is a muscle. Start with 4 sets of 20 minutes. Rest between sets. Progressive overload still applies to mental lifting. When you get stronger, add more weight. Increase to 4 sets of 45 minutes. Train your focus to hit your ideal financial physique in record time.

Want to improve your physique, fitness, & health? Trade “I never," or “I always,” for “more often than not.” More often than not I exercise. More often than not I eat ___. Drop the ALL or Nothing thinking and your physique, fitness, and health results will sky rocket.

Imagine every Monday you fill up your cars gas tank and drive to work. Now imagine your gas gauge stops working. How would you know how much gas is left, and when to fill up? Drive the same route each day, and through routine, it's easy to determine when.
