🚨 NCW flags sexual harassment, toxic workplace & POSH failures at TCS Nashik BPO unit in a 50-page report released on May 11.
The National Commission for Women, which took suo motu cognisance of the complaints, found evidence of systemic bullying, a hostile work environment and lapses in implementation of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) mechanisms.
The report submitted to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on May 8 also alleged that the accused attempted to influence young women by portraying Islam as superior to Hinduism and allegedly denigrated Hindu beliefs and deities.

There, he sexually assaulted her and brutally murdered her—reportedly by crushing her with a stone—before hiding her body under a heap of dung. Discovery: The child went missing in the afternoon. During the search, CCTV footage from a private residence captured the accused leading the child away, which helped the police identify and arrest him within an hour of receiving the report. Criminal Background of the Accused The accused is a repeat offender. He has a criminal history dating back decades, with cases registered against him in 1998 and 2015. The 2015 case also involved a minor (POCSO), but he was reportedly acquitted in 2019.

🚨Serious allegations from a Nashik IT company involving sexual harassment and forced religious conversion have come to light — a deeply shocking and unacceptable development in the corporate sector.
The accused — Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, along with a woman whose identity is undisclosed — must face strict legal action if proven guilty.
