Have had a theory that defenses can take advantage of when offenses do play action from under center by rotating their safeties because when the quarterback turns his back to the defense he’ll see a different picture when he turns back around that what he saw presnap

@SumerSports and filtering on early downs outside of the redzone in 2025, my hypothesis actually wasn’t correct! Offenses are just as successful and more explosive against a rotation when using UC PA
The main takeaway was playing single high (closed) can be very bad for defenses if they think there’s a high chance of an offense using PA. Showing two high and playing two high worked the best against UC PA for defenses in 2025
