bought a fat chunk of $SPCX with an average cost of $159 for a scalp, will look to sell around $192 during peak anticipation of index inclusion

Seeing a lot of chatter from people who assume wrongdoing by @Bybit_Official, @binance, or @xStocksFi is the reason why users didn't get $SPCX allocation. That makes no sense. Here's why: -Backed/xStocks is the asset issuer who was powering the campaigns on Binance & Bybit. xStocks is reliant on underwriters to grant them allocation. Their final allocation is not guaranteed and depends on the underwriter/final allocation process. The same is true for brokerages like Robinhood. -xStocks then receives (or doesn't receive) allocation and can distribute tokenized stocks to partner platforms IF there's enough to go around after the necessary pre-reqs have been met. (liquidity requirements for the tokenized version mean some of the tokens have to go to MMs first) -It's pretty much standard that recipients of IPO allocation do not publish how much they received. In most regions, this is not required and doing so would likely damage their relationship with underwriters for future IPOs. -Both platforms state very clearly that there is no guarantee of allocation. The same is true when you request allocation on a brokerage like Robinhood. (binance.com/en/support/faq/d…) (bybit.com/trade/spot/ipo) -A tokenized asset issuer like xStocks is extremely unlikely to hold a directional position of a stock instead of giving it to users. They are not a trading firm. (saw some crazy accusations about this lol) -Both Binance & Bybit seem to have been processing refunds in a timely manner. -The IPO was ~4x oversubscribed. There simply wasn't enough stock for everyone to get at IPO price. I get that crypto participants can be skeptical of the "big guy" and that twitter is a release valve for the frustration of missing out, but throwing out accusations willy-nilly is not the best way to cope.
