He supported Ledbury residents tirelessly, helping us secure safe homes & later gave his time freely to @TowerBlocksUK to help advise tenants on their rights. A huge loss. Thoughts with his family and colleagues.

As of today - the Ledbury Estate tower blocks are being evacuated….again.
7 years since we were decanted from these dangerous blocks ourselves, the new temporary tenants have been told they must suddenly leave, for the same reasons.

An interesting development. Large Panel System tower block leaseholder residents have challenged the council after receiving huge bills for structural remediation work to their block which is at risk of progressive collapse.

Today marks 15 years since the fatal Lakanal House fire. 6 people died including a newborn baby. If the coroners recommendations had been implemented following the inquest - Grenfell would likely never have happened. Lessons have still not been learned. towerblocksuk.com/lakanal
