PSA: Sick leave entitlements are due to change on the 24th July. When employees next cross their sick leave anniversary, they’ll now become entitled to 10 days of sick leave. If you’re using PayHero, this will be automatically applied so you don’t need to worry about a thing!

The Government has passed the Holidays (Increasing Sick Leave) Amendment Bill to increase the minimum employee sick leave entitlement from 5 days to 10 days per year.
