Hi @parthaskar looking on FB quite a few pl are having real issues now @TandemDiabetes are supplying consumables direct. Who would be the best person at NHSE to discuss this with & give them a nudge. The change over does not appear to be going smoothly as promised. Many thanks

Hi @parthaskar is it poss to publish what the service agreement for pump warranties in England is?
It’d really help when complaining about long delivery times & replaced pump to arrive.
Air Liquide are now taking 10days or more to deliver supplies & seen msgs re pumps as well. Ty

Received from clinic yesterday saying have to get hba1c done in next 4wks as requirement to keep my pump funding.
Seems weird as attended all appts & tests previously.
Also thought NICE covered requirement to fund rather than ICB choice? Anyone else have similar?

ALT Copy of email asking for hba1c blood test in next 4 wks as required for me to keep pump funding. Test for “audit & funding administration purposes” to ensure ICB can continue to support & fund insulin pump therapy.
