spent my morning watching the nvidia gtc taiwan 2026 broadcast. the session by @tuan_lifeai highlighted a fundamental shift that iโve been constantly thinking about in the context of web3 and ai agents
the meta is shifting. for the past couple of years, everyone was obsessed with the model race - trying to build "an ai that is even smarter." but now, raw intelligence is becoming a basic commodity. the real value is moving to a completely different plane
and that bottleneck is infrastructure
my personal take:
itโs not enough to just create a cool algorithm in a vacuum. in complex sectors like healthcare ai, isolated optimization no longer works. we need a shared distributed infrastructure and a transparent coordination layer across the entire chain - from pharma and labs to regulators and patients
the long-term winners won't be those who train the biggest llm, but those who build the underlying rails that make ai agents accountable, secure, and scalable
the infrastructure trend is the most powerful foundation for the next chapter of ecosystem growth
